Once you have an identified problem , you will find a way to get your prospect to stop thinking of themselves as only a buyer and start thinking of themselves as a seller too.
These are the same steps you can use to build a sales funnel for your own business.

Once you have created your sales funnel, you can sell your product or service to your target customer. Sales funnels can help you start to focus on your target customers as your first stage of sales. For the sake of this post, let’s say that you want to sell real estate to wholesalers.
Your customer can be a wholesaler, but can also be a commercial or residential buyer. So the following is applicable to both sales.
In my experience as a sales trainer I find that the most important part of a successful sales process is to listen. In order to really listen to what the buyer wants, the buyer has to tell you what he wants. So, you have to ask the right questions. If you’re lucky, the client will have a good answer and the interview will be over.
You have a variety of questions to ask at this step, and it’s a great time to practice for your interview. You want to make sure that you can figure out the answers to the most common questions that you receive. Once you’re done, you can move on to the next step.
Step 3: Prove that you are a skilled and professional.
This is where you provide the actual value and the proof. A great way to do this is by showing them that you are well-versatile, highly skilled and professional. You can show this by listing off all the other projects you have completed in the past, and your experiences.
